How are we different?
From the moment our clients land in Uganda, they’re escorted by our VIP Airside Meet Greet service and upon reaching their hotel, are met by one of our Operations Managers. Our offices are located only 10 minutes from Entebbe Airport and a few minutes’ drive from all the hotels and guesthouses in Entebbe.
We are conscious that our clients are in a foreign country, therefore our main aim is to ensure they feel relaxed and fully informed about their upcoming experience. Taking the time to answer as many questions as necessary before they set off. Our support team is also available to all clients on a 24/7 basis.
All our clients are presented with a detailed, personalized welcome pack which includes all the necessary information and documentation they require for their safari. For privately guided trips, all our guides have been hand-picked and have at least 10 years’ experience in the industry. They understand the balance of being available to our clients, whilst also giving them space and privacy to enjoy the experience for themselves.
“An Experience, not an itinerary”
We try our best to make a trip “flow”, as opposed to running it as a series of “transfers, excursions and overnights”. We of course make sure we stick to schedule and have clients where they need to be at the right times, but also try to be flexible when possible to maximise our clients’ enjoyment of the trip and make them feel as if they have truly experienced something out of the ordinary.
Our guides and other staff make sure that all cultural visits are carried out with utmost sensitivity, beneficial to all parties and as authentic as possible. Our sole aim is for clients to leave the country having experienced Uganda at its best, with lasting, cherished and unique memories to share with others.
Our safari vehicles are stocked with unlimited drinking water, snacks, tea and coffee. All vehicles have inverter charging points and Wi-Fi connectivity.
